HouseHold and Domestic Staff Training

This course module was born out of a clear and present need for trained and experienced domestic staff and the increasing demand from HNW and UHNW families for qualified domestic staff.
Our objective is simple : to meet the needs of our clientele and to offer retraining to the staff who wish to achieve their full potential and build a career in high-end luxury household staffing industry.
Goal:

  • We help future domestic workers to be well prepared for any situation that may arise in the course of their duties. The training assignments allow the domestic staff to practice their skills, but also teamwork and knowledge

  • Excellence: In order to meet the requirements of our HNW and UHNW clientele, we are committed to providing all our students with learning experiences that include interpersonal skills and good manners throughout the training.

  • During the training, students will receive feedback and ratings from their trainers – This will help them to review their performance and to make the necessary adjustments. In addition, students will also be expected to practice their future skills in realistic scenarios and be able to identify any potential gaps in experience.

  • Our trainers will ensure that all students are well prepared and trained to the standards required by HNW and UHNW families for any future assignments and employment.
