Ruchi is a hospitality veteran with over 20 years of experience building global brands like Marriott International, Accor Worldwide, Hyatt Hotels, Booking.com, The Oberoi Group, and The Imperial New Delhi. But Ruchi’s passion for hospitality started long before her impressive resume.

Growing up in New Delhi, she was captivated by the glamour and panache of the hotel industry since childhood, making it an obvious career choice.

After graduating from the Institute of Hotel Management in Mumbai, Ruchi earned double Master’s degrees from the Le Roche Institute of Hotel Management in Switzerland. With her wealth of experience and expertise, she now shares her knowledge as an Expert Educator at the Lexicon – Management Institute of Leadership & Excellence (MILE) in Pune and a co-educator at the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) Pune, affiliated with the University of West London. Ruchi is also a certified trainer from the British School of Excellence and CPD United Kingdom.

She founded the Indian School of Excellence, where she inculcates the core values of good etiquette and confidence to the younger generation, preparing them for future challenges. The best part?
